Where is Strap-Works located?	We are located in Hong Kong

I see a strap that I like, how do I order?	We have implemented a Paypal shopping cart into our website. If you see an item which you'd like to purchase, simply click the "Buy Now" button on the page, it will automatically be added to your cart. You may continue shopping or checkout.

When will my order be shipped out?	Most orders will be shipped out on the following business day once payment has been confirmed. If you are making payment via Paypal eCheck, your order will only be shipped once the funds are cleared.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?	For registered airmail shipping, most orders should arrive within 7-10 business days. For EMS Speedpost, orders should arrive within 3-4 business days.

What method of shipping do you use, and how much do you charge?	We use Hongkong Post (www.hongkongpost.com) airmail for our shipments. A flat fee of US$5 is charged for shipping to anywhere in the world. EMS Speedpost, insurance and shipping via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.) are available on demand at extra cost.

How do I pay for my strap(s)?	We accept payment via Paypal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information.

How do I know you are reliable?	We have been in business since 2004 and have thousands of satisfied customers. References are available on request.

Is there any guarantee or return policy?	Your satisfaction is our priority, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, please email us within 3 days of receipt. We will do anything within our power to keep you a happy customer.
